Mike is a “serial corporate entrepreneur.” As a visionary Mike puts his
ideas into practice – personally and professionally.  Early in his career,
he designed a prototype of an “online bank of the future” which inspired
the development of leading edge technology. Later at BayBank (now
Bank of America) Mike started and managed what became the number
four online banking business in the U.S. Through his work Mike has
demonstrated his ability to create high impact businesses within
companies by managing complex programs and leading teams to
deliver new revenue generating products and services – at HP, Bose
and Sovereign Bank. Currently, Mike is the Senior Director Strategic
Marketing and Sustainability Initiatives at a software company,
StreamServe. He has integrated his personal interest on “sustainability”
into his current work, creating new business opportunities for the
company.  His latest personal venture is “the dreamprocess” a fun,
highly visual and easy-to-use framework that helps individuals and
groups achieve their goals and dreams. Mike’s energy, creativity and
operational expertise enable him to envision a future and move to it.
