Prior to this Susan was the Executive Director of the applied Research
Centers at Babson Executive Education. Before that Susan was Vice
President of Research Services at Standard & Poor's where she built and
managed a venture funded initiative to create the Industry Services
business. She also held senior positions with 3M, Hewlett-Packard,
Digital Equipment, DMR Group and Arthur D. Little.
Susan has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing
Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, a post graduate
degree in Health Administration from Simmons Graduate School and
Executive Management Training at INSEAD, France.
Affiliations include the National Speakers Association, The Boston Club -
Distinguished Leaders Series, and she is a Certified Hospice Volunteer.
